FOR FITNESS CHAINS

Help members see change.
Give coaches a basis for next steps.

Crosspoint X brings posture and movement assessments, visual reports and assessment history together. Support your team from the first consultation and training recommendations to repeat assessments, with context for every session.

CONSISTENCY STARTS ON THE FLOOR

Make the process
easier to share.

01

Give the first consultation a visual starting point.

Use images and reports to help members understand observations and discuss their training needs and suitable sessions.

02

Connect every return visit to the last.

Review member details and assessment history to discuss changes, training and next steps with context.

03

Keep service consistent, even when coaches change.

Share screening, explanation and handover steps to support new-coach training and service across teams and locations.

PART OF EVERYDAY SERVICE

3–5 minutes to prepare and capture. Explain at your own pace.

  1. 01

    Prepare and capture

Understand the member’s goals, guide positioning and capture posture or movement. Preparation and capture take approximately 3–5 minutes in total.

  2. 02

    Explain with a professional

A coach combines the report, on-site observations and member needs to discuss training. Set aside explanation time to suit your service.

  3. 03

    Reassess and follow up

Review previous assessments and member records at the next visit to discuss changes and next steps. Start with one coach at one location.

Fit roles and training to your team.

One professional, or shared roles

A qualified coach can operate the system and explain the report. Reception or sales staff can also handle capture, with a professional explaining the results.

Start operating after video training

Training covers complete instructions, the theoretical basis, use cases and FAQs. Staff can operate independently after watching the videos; a qualified professional handles report interpretation.

Begin at one location

Start with one coach and one venue, see how assessment fits your service, then plan a wider rollout.

AN EXISTING APPLICATION

World Gym

Assessment within an existing member service.

World Gym uses Crosspoint alongside InBody measurements for new-member onboarding and ongoing member follow-up. Coaches operate the system and explain the reports.

Onboarding and ongoing follow-up

Posture and movement assessments are included alongside the InBody measurement process. Coaches guide capture and explain the report, building a continuing assessment record.

Train the trainers, then each venue

Crosspoint trains World Gym’s instructors. WG then runs its own training, with a session for each venue covering operation and report explanation.

Application information supplied by Crosspoint. It is not a controlled study of commercial or health outcomes.

MAKE ROOM FOR THE EXPERIENCE

The right equipment. A space for assessment.

Use existing equipment that meets the recommended specifications, or ask us for hardware recommendations. Allow room for full-body framing, turning and movement.

Explore the 3D setup

Computer and guidance screen

We recommend an M1 MacBook Air or a higher-specification Mac, or a Windows computer with an RTX 3050 or higher GPU, with a screen for instructions and reports.

A standard webcam

A standard webcam can be used. A wide-angle model is recommended to reduce the required capture distance. We can recommend hardware for your team to purchase.

Room for full-body capture

Keep the background simple and avoid passing traffic or obstructions. Adjust positioning to the lens, member height and venue conditions.

START WITH A PILOT

Bring four questions
to the conversation.

  1. 01Which member journey should screening support?
  2. 02Who will guide the session and explain the report?
  3. 03What space and equipment does the pilot venue have?
  4. 04What should your team learn before expanding to another venue?

Operating a single venue? The same workflow can be explored at one location.

BEFORE YOU BRING IT INTO YOUR VENUE

Practical answers before you start.

Can it work with our membership, booking or class system?

We offer an API integration service. Scope and fees are discussed separately based on your system and requirements; integration with every system is not included by default.

Do members need to register or download an app?

No. Members can view their own reports on the web without a separate registration or app download.

What information can venues and members view?

Venues can view the complete member and assessment information within their own workspace. Members view their own web reports.

Will our members receive recommendations for other venues?

No. Crosspoint X does not recommend other venues to your members.

Can we show our own branding?

You can add your venue’s logo to your workspace.

Can we start with one coach at one venue?

Yes. Start with one coach or a single location to establish your workflow, then expand according to your team’s needs.

What can posture and movement assessments tell us?

Images, observations and assessment history support professional explanations and follow-up assessments. Screening is not a medical diagnosis and does not guarantee training, treatment or renewal outcomes.
