WEBSITE ENQUIRIES

Privacy information

How Crosspoint handles the details you provide when asking about the product or partnership opportunities.

Details you choose to enter

The form asks for your organisation type, current number of locations, organisation name, contact details and the product information or partnership opportunities you would like to discuss. Please do not include member records, health information or other sensitive personal details.

Submitting your request

Your draft stays in the current page and is not saved in browser storage. Reviewing it does not send it. When you submit, the website validates your details and, when delivery is available, uses Resend to email them to our team at hi@crosspoint.fit. We use Google Workspace to receive and respond to enquiries. Your email address is used as the reply address.

Use and retention

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and arrange follow-up. After you submit, we email you a confirmation, and your enquiry is recorded as a task in Linear, the tool our team uses to track follow-up, so it is assigned and answered within the time we promise. Linear, Resend and Google Workspace may retain the enquiry, message content and delivery records according to the account settings and their service policies. Contact hi@crosspoint.fit about your submitted information or to request its deletion; we will remove the Linear record and related emails.

Submission limits

When shared submission limits are enabled, Upstash Redis stores site-wide submission counters for up to one hour. These counters do not include your name, email, IP address, message or other submitted details.

Website measurement

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and interactions such as page views, button clicks, the start and result of form submissions, and video progress. Google Analytics is not loaded until you choose “Accept”, and you can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page.

Analytics never receives your name, email, organisation or message. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that last up to two years; choosing “Decline” later removes them. Website hosting may process standard request information to operate the site.
