EDITORIAL APPROACH
AI-prepared drafts.
Human editorial decisions.
We use AI to help organise product knowledge and produce drafts. Crosspoint reviews the content, checks the claims and decides which version is ready to publish.
Start with information we can support
Product explanations use current capabilities, documented workflows and clearly labelled demonstrations. When an article draws on an external method or reference, it identifies the relevant source.
Read the finished page, then refine it
We develop articles together with their illustrations and product examples. The Crosspoint team reads the finished pages, provides feedback and refines the content before deploying website updates.
Keep examples and evidence distinct
Synthetic report data and illustrations are labelled as demonstrations. A customer application is described with its known context. Historical usage figures are not presented as a clinical study or a guarantee of commercial results.
Be clear about the content
Guides identify Crosspoint as the publisher, describe the use of AI and show when the content was updated. Sources and illustration captions provide context for what you are reading.
Keep the content current
Material product changes and corrections prompt another review. An updated date reflects an actual revision to the content.
